Tomislav Jonjić and the Croatian diaspora

Foreshadowing
“Foreshadowing” is a narrative device in which suggestions or warnings about events to come are dropped or planted.

I was going to give the evidence that proved the projects in the 150000 jobs post weren’t just some hype.

I thought about it and I need to give a bit of background information maybe first. I thought I might need to make 2 posts, one on geopolitics and another about the list presidential candidate Tomislav Jonjić returned to me back in 2012.

I didn’t get around to it as I was in Zadar the last day and a half.

Funny how these things happen. Yesterday, I receive a phone call from my political prisoner contact while Im in Zadar. His printer isn’t working. He was printing the signature forms for Tomislav Jonjić and needed me to come over and see what the problem was.

Always some chance event pulls me in. I partially ran away from this stuff over 12 years ago and completely about 10 years ago. Like Dražen Budiša before he got sucked back in 2012 I was happy in my world of paprike etc. I said to myself I don’t want to mess with the space time continuum anymore.

However, a few months ago Aussies came back into my life and gradually pulled me back and now I’m smack back in the middle of two fronts and eventually possibly three.

I guess it’s all go to do with the BHAG..

From Tomislav Jonjić’s program…

SETTLEMENT OF DESERTED AREAS AND THE RETURN OF CROATIAN EMIGRANTS

The construction of infrastructure facilities (roads, water supply, telephone and internet networks, etc.) and tax and agricultural policy should encourage the settlement of derelict areas, especially those in the “soft underbelly of Croatia” (Banovina, Kordun, Lika, northern Dalmatia) or along the state border in general. Demographic and security reasons impose changes in the legal regulations on acquiring Croatian citizenship and staying in the territory of the Republic of Croatia, so they must favor the return of Croatian emigrants of all generations, but they must not favor foreign immigrants who otherwise, with the assumption of legal residence in the territory of the Republic of Croatia, enjoy other human rights guaranteed by international documents and the Croatian Constitution.

Remember I told you that Budiša was given the information to knock Mesić out but didn’t use it and it was from the political prisoner guys.

Tomislav Jonjić bio –
Member of the editorial board of several political and professional magazines, and from January 1997 to 2020, with a short break, he edited Political Prisoner, the magazine of the Croatian Society of Political Prisoners. He is a regular member of Matica hrvatska.

Wouldn’t be entertainment without a plot twist now would it?
